ASA still warping in a warm chamber? Check local cooling

A warm chamber can still have cold spots at the print. Check part cooling, fan overrides, drafts and the first layer.

Check the air hitting the part

Chamber temperature is an average measured at one sensor. A part fan or side fan can cool one edge much faster than the rest. For ASA, test less part or auxiliary cooling within the filament maker’s guidance, and inspect bridge and overhang overrides too.

Let the setup stabilize

Use only the printer’s approved heating and enclosure procedure. Check for drafts and uneven bed contact. Keep required hotend and electronics cooling running, and maintain appropriate exhaust or filtration. Reducing part cooling is a different action from disabling ventilation.

Reduce the stress at the corners

Verify plate preparation and the first layer before adding a brim. Large, sharp-cornered footprints concentrate shrinkage stress. Consider rounded corners, a brim or splitting the model if its geometry allows it. Do not exceed the printer’s chamber, bed or electronics limits.
